Turnaround

Print work — balls, tees and umbrellas — is done the next business day after your order is placed. Orders received before 2pm on a business day usually go into that same day run. Embroidery and engraving follow a similar turnaround. Delivery time starts once the order leaves us.

Delivery options

• Standard five to twenty business days, free on every order.
• Express two to three business days, $10.
• Overnight next business day to metro addresses, $25.

Remote and regional addresses can add a day or two on standard delivery. Overnight is not available to every postcode; if yours is outside the network we will contact you and refund the difference rather than quietly downgrade the service.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when the parcel is collected. If the tracking has not moved in two business days, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Returns

Personalisation errors and faults

If we printed, stitched or engraved something other than what you approved, or the work is not up to standard, we redo the whole order at our cost and pay return freight. Send a photo to orders@personalisepar.com within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it.

Change of mind

Personalised goods cannot be resold, so change of mind returns are not possible once print, embroidery or engraving has started. If you contact us before work begins, we will cancel and refund in full. Guest checkout orders are covered the same way.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose are covered regardless of what is written above.
